👚 Laundry Care Centers
Laundry rooms are conveniently located on the first floor of each building. For your convenience, you can pay for laundry services using the VTM at the Management Office to get a CSC. Please note that you will need to use cash as your payment method and the machine will not take dollar bills.
Resident Parking 🚗
If you need a parking sticker, just bring a copy of your current vehicle registration to the Management Office, and we’ll handle the rest. If you have any questions or concerns about parking permits, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to ensure you have a hassle-free parking experience.
Order More Keys 🔑
Upon moving in, residents receive two sets of keys, including two building keys, two apartment keys, and one mailbox key. If you need additional keys, please be aware that there will be an extra charge. To order additional keys, contact the Management Office.
