A Fond Farewell to Tatiana
Tatiana will be leaving our community, with her last day being January 16, 2026. She has been a valued member of our team and will truly be missed. We thank her for her dedication and care toward our residents and wish her the very best in her next chapter.
Office Closure – MLK Day
The Ramblewood Management and Maintenance Offices will be closed on Monday, January 19th, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Seasonal Comfort Tips (January – March)
January – Stay Cozy
Close blinds and curtains at night to keep cold air out
Open them during the day to let sunshine in
Place a rolled towel at the bottom of doors to block chilly drafts
February – Care for You
Drink water, moisturize skin, and keep your apartment at a steady, comfortable temperature
Layer up to stay warm without overusing the heat
March – Spring Ahead
Let in natural light by opening curtains
This is a great time to tidy patios or balconies and prepare for warmer days

Friendly reminder to please not leave personal items in common areas, including hallways, stairwells, entryways, and shared spaces. Keeping these areas clear helps ensure safety for everyone.
❄️ Seasonal Tips & Safety Reminders
Check Thermostats: Winter is here and the heat is on. If you are having issues with your thermostat, please call the office.
Heating Safety: Keep flammable materials away from heaters and never leave them unattended.
Emergency Supplies: Keep extra blankets, flashlights, batteries, non-perishable food, bottled water, and a first aid kit available.
Candle Safety: Never leave candles unattended. Place them on stable surfaces away from flammable materials.
Winter Clothing: Dress warmly when going outside. Wear layers, gloves, hats, and waterproof boots.
Emergency Contacts: Make sure the management office has your current phone number and email on file.

We understand that lockouts can happen occasionally. When you call Maintenance for assistance, they will promptly come to let you in. Please note that there is a charge for this service, even if you find your keys shortly after calling. Double-check that you have your keys with you before making the call.
